Refunds are available for eligible returns requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

Products that are damaged due to misuse, washed after delivery, customized, or purchased during clearance or final sale promotions may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and successfully inspected by our quality team, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return according to our return policy.
